Overview 

Framedraft is a comic and graphic-novel script writing app developed by Noctua Co. This policy explains what information Framedraft interacts with and how it's handled. Framedraft is designed to keep your creative work private and under your control.

Your Scripts & Projects 

The scripts, pages, characters, and world-building notes you create in Framedraft are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync in Settings, in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data lives in your own private iCloud container — Noctua Co cannot see, access, or read your scripts or projects.

 

Photo Library Access 

If you choose to import a cover image or character portrait, Framedraft requests permission to access your photo library. Selected photos are copied into your project only — they are never uploaded to us or shared with any third party.

 

Subscriptions & Payment 

Framedraft offers optional Pro subscriptions, processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles all payment details — Noctua Co never receives or stores your card information.

 

Analytics & Advertising 

Framedraft does not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers, and does not sell or share your data with advertisers.

 

Data You Control 

You can delete any project, character, or world-building entry at any time. Deleted items move to Recently Deleted, from which you can permanently erase them. Turning off iCloud sync in Settings stops new data from syncing to iCloud.

 

Children's Privacy 

Framedraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

Changes to This Policy 

If Framedraft's features change in a way that affects your data, this policy will be updated to reflect current behavior.
