Agreement to Terms 

By downloading or using Framedraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. Framedraft is a comic and graphic-novel script writing app developed by Noctua Co. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the app.

 

Your Content 

Everything you write in Framedraft — scripts, pages, characters, world-building notes, and images you add — belongs entirely to you. Noctua Co claims no ownership over your creative work. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any images or material you import.

 

iCloud Sync

 If you enable iCloud sync, your projects are stored in your personal iCloud account. Noctua Co does not host, back up, or have access to this content. You're responsible for maintaining your own backups; we recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled to protect against device loss.

 

Subscriptions 

Framedraft offers optional Pro subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Prices and included features may change; you'll be notified in-app before any change affects you.

 

Acceptable Use 

You agree not to use Framedraft to create or store content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the app or its services.

 

No Warranty 

Framedraft is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the app reliable, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noctua Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Framedraft, including loss of data or creative work.

 

Changes to the App or Terms 

We may update Framedraft's features or these Terms over time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

 

Termination 

You may stop using Framedraft at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noctua Co operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
